It's time to get stoked for Boler! This weekend's U-Cup is on Sunday, at Boler Mountain in London. Like last weekend, the 'A' race begins at 11:00, and 'B' race begins at 1:00. If you didn't race last weekend or haven't raced before, Boler is a perfect place to start. Aside from one non technical climb, the rest of the course is really flowy and fun. -That climb can be fun too if you do hill climbs all week and kick its gr-ass on sunday.. Moral of the story, new members are encouraged to come race! Post up if you're attending, can offer a lift, and/or have a bike rack! According to google maps, Boler is about an hour and a half drive. Since we want to be there in time for a relaxed registration, bike set-up, and pre-ride we will Meet in the Tim Hortons parking lot across from Stone Road Mall at 7:30 am Sunday morning. Like last week, If you think you might have alarm troubles, etc, PM nomis your number for a wake up text sunday morning. Directions and Race info at: mtnbike.sa.utoronto.ca/oumrc/oumrc_race2.htmCost: -$28 to register for Boler only -If you raced last weekend but did not register for the whole series, there is still the opportunity to pay $140 for the whole series, which includes a u-cup 2010 t-shirt. -if you don't have OCA insurance already and didn't purchase insurance last weekend, you'll also need to purchase OCA insurance, which is $28. Go Guelph Go!!! Please remember to bring $ for you drivers! Driving (16P, 14B)Simon 4P, 6B Eric 4P, 3B Dana 4P, 3B Jenni 4P, 2B Attending (16P, 15B) 1. Carly 2. Rachel 3. Simon 4. Bayden 5. Eric 6. I am in. Here's how it works with me. I am going to London early Saturday with all of my gear + bicycle to see some people, then spend the night in town, before meeting all you lovely folks at Boler Sunday morning. I have the Jeep this weekend instead of the van. I cannot offer rides to London, but I can offer rides home. I can seat 4+myself for a ride home without any bikes, or 2+2 for a ride home.

I'm in. Someone put me down for 4p 3b please?
On a related note, the straps on my bike rack are not long enough. Does anybody know where i can buy them separately? If not, I'm just 5p or 3p 2b.

Are you mounting it correctly? The straps generally give 1-2 feet' of extra strap to tie down afterwards, since the implications of a strap failing or slippling out of the clip are pretty bad.

Hes talking about the plastic straps that go around the parts of the bicycle frame. The straps are just not long enough to go around the tubes of a mountain bike.

We've got a couple sketch racks kicking around if we get really desperate.. aside from that, anyone have a good bike rack we could use?
MOREEEE PEOPLEEEEE!
Did I mention there's a pizza party at Boler after this race?

I think the pizza party is usually after the last race, or will be bbq. It was only at boler in the past because in the past boler was the last race...no?
I have a two bike rack we can use.

jvan; If yours is a three bike rack, I'd really appreciate if you could let me borrow it this weekend.
