True, we would need a very straight and smooth road with forgiving ditches. I think this rules out any hills worth doing. We could do it MTB-style at the park? Shorter hill, softer grass and earth, pretty easy to get down, and a Beer Store near by. It's as if God intended it to take place there!

Watson x 30 = 60pts. Bike altimeter says over 1 vertical kilometre. Pardon me while I go pass out. I thought I'd have a bit of a break now that Nico is away for a bit! Dang it Dan!!

I think we should do the rattlesnake climb and simply drink after, possibly on my patio and then maybe even head downtown...

I saw Nico post that he was out temporarily and felt that you might get complacent holding the lead having no one within 20 points to nip at your heels. I decided to stir the pot a little, and see what happens. I'm really quite pleased I did!

But, I see how it is, it's on!!!

I'm pretty sure that Rachel updated the scores on August 15th, where Nico had 95, Karen had 90, and I had 70. My last ride should have me at 130, but I don't know about any one else's total for sure. Not that it matters, as most of these totals will increase in the near future, if not already .

Ok, everything should be all updated now! Let me know if I've missed anything. RD, your 30x watson is insane! To give everyone's legs enough time to recover before Mansfield, let's say the last day of this competition is Monday September 12th. (And if people want to go party afterward...I know the UGC'ers aren't afraid of a good weeknight party )

Can add 60 points for moi (watson X 15 + 2 + 13...over the course of this past week). This should put me at 150 I believe!

Awesome Summer of climbing guys. Congratulations to Karen for for leading the way much of the season, and the Nico for an amazing come from behind victory to take the win. Also, congratulations to the entire club. Provided my math is correct, we scored a total of 822 points, which is equal to 411 Watsonberg climbs, or 205.5 Rattlesnake climbs, which is truly incredible. I sincerely hope we do this again next year, where I know we'll reach even greater heights.
