were the ones that broke the same model as the ones you're selling now?

Well, here's my story... I'm an avid skier, who doesn't get out much. I have yet to buy any 'real' skis, and don't really know much about them. Ultimately, I think I'd like to try backcountry skiing/telemarking, though I'll probably spend the majority of my time on the groomed runs. It'd be nice to beable to hit up the powder when the opportunity arises, but I'll probably be trying to learn some nice clean carving on the groomed runs.. 9.12... AK launchers... I'll admit, I'm pretty lost oh yeah, and I'm a tubby 150 lbs.

the 9.12 were race skis, used only two seasons, they are amazing for intermediate to advanced skiier, i they are wide and i have used them in powed they do work well. they are almost compeltly new binding that have been used twice, they are not the same bindings that broke. a great pair of skis, i loved them. new they cost around 1200 plus another 600 for bindings. only thing tho is for telemarking you need telemark skis, they have a stiffer binding plate that is more laterally stiff, i am a high level (level 3 of 4) instructor, so when i say these are good skis i do know what im talking about, there is nothing wrong with the skis other than a few scratches on the top sheet. your welcome to come by and see them towards the end of next week, feel free to call me at 546 7582

ya call me in the cabbage from the geog pub BUT
ski instructors could be the worst thing to happen to a ski covered slope since ive been around. i am a level 2 but there are boys out west who can huck twice as big as me, and i would give them a gay-ass pin before anything. pride yourself off having fun rather than being a 'level 3 of 4' instructor, because reputation gets you way further than a csia patch\\

something along the lines of a park, but more ghetto... find a hill somewhere and set up some kickers, rails, boxes to hit it's pretty much carnage
and i like that

i'd be super carfeul about setting it up on the lambton hill...i live there and they are super anal about tobagganing let alone snowboarding on that hill...they called the cops on us a few weekends ago when we were out there...and there's sewer grates all over the place, not pretty if you bail on one of those...

Yeah this whole town seems to be super anal about anyone having fun. It would probably hafta be set up somewhere either further out of sight or not on the university property. Ill post it if i can think of anything that fits those qualifications. Also, youd best be "allowing" snowboarders! *shaking fist angrily*

i thought you were already talking about the hill right out front of lambton (almost right across from the stadium and right in front of the parking lot)...that's the one that they are super strict about and has sewer grates everywhere...but what about the golf course? i heard they have some fairly good sized hills...and you don't need a huge hill for jibbing ne ways...i don't think the golf course is super anal about stuff like that (what lambton hill were you talking about??)

yeah, there is the hill with sewer grates which i gather we'd get busted on... otherwise the hill behind addington (i think) is wooded and pretty gnar. but the golf course i know has some good mounds on it (ie. right near lambton) for some fast times. i am going to weld some rails with stands over xmas, and i will try to bring em up here asap after the break. til then, fernie is calling... laters!
