Hey!! Now that work is back to a reasonable level, I need to get my butt into shape! Anyone up for running/swimming today (Tuesday)?

I usually swim in the mornings (7:00-8:00 AM), early bird! and short jogging in the evenings.
But I am pretty open for long workouts on the weekends (sat-sun),
