Meet in Athletics Centre lobby at 3:30pm.
Route is through the Arboretum, Scout Camp, and onto the Guelph Trail off Watson if we're feeling ambitious, or through the Arboretum and onto the Cutten Club river trail if we're feeling lazy. Pace dictated by runners.
Reasons to come:
1. MUD! MUDMUDMUD! It sucks for your bike, but sure breaks in those running shoes.
2. Running's great cross-training to rest your sore bicycling muscles.
4. MUD! Easier on the joints than pavement, and way more fun.
5. No-pressure pace: Kristyn pulled her quad doing that bottle game at the party and is running at bicycle-chair-turtle-broom speed.
