Once again a new year is here and I just wanted to put the information out there that the new Gryph Guide is better than ever with all the info you need, including a nice printable version of building/Pool/arena hours for the year including exam/holiday hours. I just want to draw your attention to a few cycling highlights of the guide, this is just a small portion of what the AC has to offer. www.gryphons.ca/static/recreation_gryph_guide_08-09.pdfWant to become a spinning instructor? See p21 (or p23/48 of the pdf) Thats right, get paid to lead cycling workouts and spin to your own beat! If you like to have fun and share the gift of cycling then is for you. Certification is Sunday September 14th and Sunday January 11th. New to indoor cycling? See p16 (or p18/48 of the pdf version) for spinning class times. You can register for the semester or try some drop-in sessions. It may not be your favourite thing to do in the early fall semester but its a great way to meet new people and keep going in the winter. First Aid and CPR Training - Full courses or Recerts available. (See page 9, or 11/48 of the pdf) You can register online, not in line! It will also tell you space available. payments.athletics.uoguelph.ca/Start/Start.asp?SCheck=753925459&SDT=38692.4232407407
