Welcome to the University of Guelph Cycling ClubWe are the UofG's primary source for all things cycling related. We were founded in the fall of 2004 and have quickly grown from 2 members to the 57 we have on our email list. We specialize in both the road and mountain bike aspects of cycling, but are open to any other varieties (unicycling, trials, freeriding...) Our primary involvement is running group rides out of the University campus. They vary in pace and distance which is dictated by the ride leader. We also represent the University at the University Cup Race series which is open to any University in Canada or the US. mtnbike.sa.utoronto.ca/oumrc/oumrc_home.htmWe cater to both the beginner cyclist to the seasoned elite racer. If you are thinking about joining our club, do not hesitate, we are friendly very social and would more than love to have you join. However there are a few requirements in order to become a member.
1. You must be an officially enrolled University of Guelph Student or Alumni. You must provide me with your name, student number and UoG email address.
2. In order to attend any of our official events, rides or university cup races with us you MUST be a registered UofG student. The reason for this is liability as well as to preserve the uniqueness of being a University of Guelph Club.
if there are any questions please don't hesitate to email uogcycling@gmail.com ...

Sugeone General's Warning: Studies show that the GMBC improves cyclists dramatically, creates more fun parties, promotes all types of cycling everywhere - and doesn't cause cancer. You owe it to your health.
