Training while Wicked is a recipe for disaster. Rest up, get lots of sleep, drink alot of OJ...
You won't make any gains training while Wicked, it taxes your body too much.
When is your duathlon? If its less than two weeks away, don't try improve endurance, power or pace. Its not enough time for proper recovery and development. Instead, hone your existing abilities. Do some jogging within your limits to keep your legs fresh, do some rides within reach of your limits etc etc.
Of course do all of this when you're over your cold.
