Hey, I`m having a total brain relapse. I`m reviewing my workouts lately to keep on track and I can't remember how much time I should spend out of zone 2, is it 10%? 20%, I know its not higer than 25-30%. I`m on the "i have lots of hours to train" method to build a base opposed to the time chrunched way using spin classes twice a week to keep fitness up and build power.

During a base training period I think the 10-20% range sounds right on.
