Does anyone know any ways to maintain your cardio level without biking / running? Basically i cant put any pressure on my knee and i need something to do other than just drink beers and do upper body workouts..

I think any overhead weights would help a bit, maybe 20-30lb military presses (if not, you'll get buff shoulders).

Wait. Youre telling me there is a central location where fit women gather and exercise in humid steamy rooms?
"Bikram Yoga is ideally practiced in a room heated to 105°F (40.5°C) with a humidity of 40%. Classes are guided by specific dialogue including 26 postures and two breathing exercises. Classes last approximately 90 minutes. Beginners may take Bikram's yoga classes."
From wiki.
