Class are also FREE during final exam periods, schedule subject to change for that. If you sign up and shit changes, you can easily go attend another class/instructor if there is a bike space open (edit: because someone decided not to attend their class)... which after the first few weeks of school there usually are.
I used to teach, I gave up fall teaching though cause it was just TOO NICE to be inside, and it dragged down my recovery between U-Cup races, just sayin.

... also you could try nordic skiing. Beats running in the winter for sure AND you get to be outside. Just saying. The spin classes are pretty decent though too.

also now that i have read more than the last post, bring the trainer it will probably be set up at a house of ours with a bike and you can come to the parties and spin. Can't hurt to bring. WHat res are you in?
