I think I'll likely head out around 5:00 to get a better climbs:daylight ratio, so come anytime after that! Since this was a good idea last week, we can do bike maintenance after at 123 rodgers road if you need things tweaked in time for hardwood.
In terms of racing, Hardwood has more climbing than some places, and can tend to be technical and exhausting -fitness is key!
Also, Stu is planning on doing 75 in a row *then racing this weekend* Anyone who wants to show him up / watch him puke should be there.

Last Hill Sesh Before Ganaraska!
I'm heading out to do some climbs tomorrow (Wednesday 13th) sometime around 5:00 -5:30 as long as it's not pouring. Anyone can join me, but dont set your goal as a new max. It's better to keep your number way low, and increase the intensity. My goal for tomorrow is 20 - 25, set yours accordingly. Woooooooo hills!
