I'm going to update this thread pretty regularly with what I have planned to do as training rides around Guelph. As they are training rides I'm going to be going a set speed, not faster, and not slower. If you think that you won't have a problem keeping pace, great! If you don't really want to ride in the zones that I will be, sorry but I'm doing what I have planned..
Wednesday 11th 2 hours with 5 minute hill intervals (can anyone suggest a 5 minute hill to do repeats on?)
Thursday 12th 3 hours with a few sets of 30 min tempo

Wednesday the 22, doing 2 hours at a fairly accomodating pace, but still moving fast. Post if interested and we can decide on a time!

Just kidding!
Turns out I took ambulance ride to the hospital, you guys may call me snaggletoothed chris or toothless Jack. And the face stitches will be fantastic!
Major inconvenience.

ummm no I"m not really ok. it's freaking me out a bit because my whole mouth is basically shattered, only 1 tooth got "fixed" today and I'm bummed out that I wont really have real teeth now I guess...but I didn't seem to hit my head such that it aggravates the prior skull fractures, it's just stitches on my chin and teeth and some jaw (and shoulder, elbow and knee). In a few weeks I'm hoping for a "fixed" mouth and not to be so sore....Makes me think about riding with a mouthguard.
