Club Days Fall 2011 - Sept. 15th & 16th

Hey Everyone!

Club days are this week on Thursday the 15th and Friday the 16th. This means that it's time to start promoting the club and recruiting more members for race season!

We need volunteers to sit at our booth in the UC, talk to people who show interest in the club, and pass out information. The ideal situation would be to have two people per time slot, but everyone is welcome to stop by and hangout!

ps. Our table should be outside of Anderson Coats Photography in the UC.

Please post up the time slot that you can help out in!


Thursday Sept. 15th:
9:00-10:00 Mariah
10:00-11:00 Mariah
11:00-12:00 Mariah
12:00-1:00
1:00-2:00 Rookie D, Nico
2:00-3:00 Rookie D, Nico
3:00- 4:00 Rookie D


Friday Sept. 16th:
9:00-10:00
10:00-11:00 Inara
11:00-12:00 Inara
12:00-1:00 Inara
1:00-2:00 Mariah
2:00-3:00 Mariah
3:00-4:00 Mariah

I work Thursday evening, but I have no classes. I could theoretically spend most of the day Thursday at the booth. I'm thinking about a Thursday morning ride, then it's booth time!

I don't think I have anything special thursday, if thats the case I would be down for a ride and booth rookie d... if you wanna pair up for a bit

I posted a tentative time for both of you, let me know if it's okay and I'll make it permanent

I can definitely be there at those times, and probably earlier and later. Give me another time slot or two Thursday if we're seriously lacking volunteers.

I have no class friday! Sign me up for lots of first-year-harassing *ahem... i mean recruiting I could also do a shift thurs before my class (2:30) if needed
