I hope everyone had a great time at this past weekends race .. I know I did!!! We had an amazing showing .. especially from our new racers that watched Alex get tangled in the crit and still managed to get on their bikes and giver!! In terms of team points we are starting out a bit behind Queens, but it is a gap that we can definitely make up in the next races if we keep racing like we are! The next race is at Boler Mountain on Sunday Sept 25 in Londy town so lets get organized! We will be meeting at the Tim Hortons on Stone Road at 7 am SHARP on Sundayso we can get there in time to register, pre ride etc. Check out mtnbike.sa.utoronto.ca/oumrc/oumrc_race2.htm for all the deets, or refer to gmtb.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=events&action=display&thread=3245Also .. mapquest driving directions can be found here mapq.st/pIzacSAgain, the way this works is that if you want to race post up and we will add you to the tally. If you can drive please post up number of spots for people and bikes in/on the car (total, so including yourself) We are always in need of drivers so if you can help out please do!!. Also, If you are new to the club or racing and think that you have missed out ... fret not! You can still come out to the next/rest of the races and the B races are especially designed for new racers so please come out and give it a try! We would love to have you out and you will not regret it!! yo yo yo im here, ill be leaving on friday or saturday anyone is welcome to leave with me on those days either way i can probably take 3-5 bikes down depending on who comes with me. ....ill let you know later what day for sure.

We`ve been here before and its totally within our reach to close this gap! Last year we played catch up the whole time and it was tough but we kept our eye on the prize and fought to the very last race. If we would have let up just a bit we would have been just short of that surprise announcement of victory at Ganaraska. For anyone who was there they can attest to the fact that its a great feeling to achieve something like that when you were sure that you had lost! Taking the cup again this year is possible but we really need to pull it together and every single rider in every category needs to put 110% into every race. Let the feeling of a hardworked victory keep you motivated! |

Or, how likely is that I am going to hit my head? pretty low from what I remember ... its on the ski hill so its a lot of open climbing and then a bit of single track ... plus its a short loop .. so we would love to have you! post up confirmation asap |

Well, I'm the lowest category for mtb, it depends which category they look at, and count me in, I'm pretty sure I will be cleared by 9 am tomorrow!

Hoping to be there! knee is functional! woohoo! Need to clear some work business up tomorrow, will let you know by tomorrow night! AGAIN as long as all goes as planned I can rent a car? whats the tally at for riders/bikes?

I'm currently a maybe as I potentially have some family business to take care of Sunday. If I do show I may be bringing my truck which can seat at least 6 (possibly 7) and several bikes.

Planning to attend! I'll be meeting you there, but I can take 2 people and bikes back to Guelph if things are too squishy elsewhere. Speaking of Guelph...who wants to give this hobo a couch to sleep on sunday night?
