Alright so U-cup race season is upon us already!! Time to get out stock on and our race on!! What better way then to ride our bikes together!! So this year we'll post up a 'Training Plan' for every week that way we'll have a general idea of the rides going on throughout the week and you can plan to attend some. The training plan will be posted here and we will repost again for the next days ride in its respective section. As well everything is up in the air, as in respond too this thread and post up your preferred times and we will go with the most popular ride time, or even do multiple rides. So for next week here is the plan: MONDAY: Easy recovery ride Time: tbd Type of ride: TBD Tuesday: MTB DAY Time:TBD Type: mtb where: G-lake or Twin ponds length: tbd Wednesday: Hill Climb Day!!! Time: 5pm - 7:30pm Where: Mo Hill(centennial park) Type of Ride: mtb or CX bikes are easier since its a grass hill Thursday: Road ride Time: tbd where: route to be determined type: Road length: tbd Friday: MTB skills day Time 5:30-6 type: meeting at the cannon the heading out to secret UGC skills training facilities length: 1-2hrs depending on the group Saturday: Easy relaxed group ride time: tbd length: 1hr type: tbd Sunday: HARDWOOD U-CUP!!!!
