Lindsey seems to be somewhat of a celebrity, judging by rachels simple exclamation.

that, or Rachel seems to be somewhat of a simpleton, judging by her penchant for single-word exclamations.

Rachel! (...clearly the former is the correct reading of the situation)
Haha, awesome video... they should do one on triathletes, great potential there.
...and definitely in support of bringing the communities together!

yeah and I hate to admit it but I do have close ties in with the triathletes. They must always be looked down upon though.

Hey I'm Kaylynn, and I am from a small town in south-east BC (in the rockies). Even though I have some of the best mountain biking in the world off my door step, I am a pure roadie. I have been racing for 3 years (I am 17) and this year qualifies for Team BC. I went to nationals, but crashed out in the road race and couldn't ride for a week. I currently ride a Specialized Amira Expert, and can't wait to race in Ontario. I am unfortunately out of shape because I had surgery on July 13 and couldn't walk for 5 weeks. I started biking again last week. I might be slow, but I shall be fast again in no time!

We spoke to you today I believe? If so the great to see some follow up! I'm in the same sort of boat as you (needing to get back into things after a hospitalization) and I'm stoked to see some new interest! We'll have to get you out on a mountain bike though too, you're missing out for sure!

^ Don't listen to him! he's in the cabbage on orchard-fresh plums!
i'm so sorry you had to leave BC to come to Ontario, Kaylynn. we promise to do our best to make sure it's not too bad hahaha.
in other news, welcome! Despite being a roadie, We thoroughly encourage you to get a little dirty and try out the MTB. Trails are so tame here in ontario without mountains, so it'd be a swell place to learn.

Hi Kaylynn, Glad to have you! I'm mostly a roadie as well, and always excited to have more people to train with!

I do eat triathletes for breakfast...so it could be a problem. I do mountian bike...not very well, but I do. I had to actually, my coach was mean. However, my mountian bike is in BC...my bike bag only fits one bike

I'm Jordan. I ride road. Never raced, but I've toured loads. I'm brand new to Guelph and I'm in the MLA program. Hopefully I'll meet some of you folks on a ride soon.

in this case, "a few alumni...including myself" simply means "myself".
you see, anton very often counts as more than one person.

Hi, my name is Carly Wilson and I'm from Caledon, Ontario. I am a mountain biker (have only rode on the road once). I have done a few 8 hours, a couple of 24 hours, and I have done the Tuesday Night Race Series at Albion Hills for the past 3 years. I am planning on doing all of the U-Cups, so hopefully I get to meet a lot of you!
Ps. (I sent an e-mail to uogcycling@gmail.com ... is that the correct e-mail?)
