Ladies and Gentlemen... On June 9th, I'm gonna be participating in the Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer, in which I'll be biking 200km over 2 days (from Toronto to Niagara Falls) to raise funds for The Princess Margaret Hospital, to help support cancer research, teaching, and compassionate care. My fundraising goal this year is $2500... which is pretty intimidating. So I'm asking you (yes, YOU) for a donation. It doesn't have to be big; it could be just a couple of bucks. Every bit of support is valued. Along with my team (team Suck-It-Up), all of the riders in the race, and with the support of our family and friends, it would be incredible to raise enough money to make a significant contribution to cancer research. And to my fellow students: I know that student living isn't glamorous and that we all feel a bit strapped for cash. But if we could all spare even juuust a little bit, it could go a long way. "A bone to the dog is not charity. Charity is the bone shared with the dog, when you are just as hungry as the dog." Thanks in advance to those who are able to donate, and to those who aren't: think on it! www.conquercancer.ca/site/TR?px=2854469&fr_id=1401&pg=personal
