If the rain clears for around 5pm tomorrow ill be doing a 1.5-2 hour road ride.
Pace will be moderate so 30km/h-32km/h for the ride.
I will post up on here around 3 tomorrow stating if the ride is on or cancelled.
Meet at the cannon!

Is this ride ideal for rookies? sorry haha, I'm a runner, so I don't know which cycling speeds are ideal for me.

If Karen is going, it will be slow for sure.

fffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff... Don't listen to brian!!
Leslie to answer your question it really depends on your fitness! 32 km/hr can be pretty quick for someone new to the bike! To give you an idea most social/beginner rides are typically ~25km/hr.
