I was eating a grilled cheese last night and burnt the roof of my mouth a bit. I went to the emergency ward and they gave me crutches.
1-2 days on the DL.
Hope to be able to have another grilled cheese by Saturday at the latest.

i shocked myself on the doorknob today. As such i have developed a severe phobia for doors, and often break down in tears upon realization that i am in a room with closed doors.

Recently recovered from a graveled palm caused by my wonky ankle not wanting to clip out, resulting in Bike capsization. Bike received minor scratches on pedal and bar end wrap.

I think we can all agree I'm one of those cases where it's really just easier to report what ISN'T injured. Case in point:
I've got raging blisters on arches and baby toes from running in orthotics, stiff left ankle and weak right ankle from summer sprains, which makes stretching and strengthening my sore calves (from riding a horse with a thicker than usual barrel)difficult. Shin splints from running, my right patella stopped tracking properly yesterday, pain behind left patella and nerve damage on skin above flaring up from seasonal changes, groins/hams/glutes/seatbones supremely saddle sore, quads ache from biking, lady bits NOT impressed with saddle fit, hips are all out of whack snap crackle pop, acute digestive pain has me doubled over (wheat, stress, etc.), lower back aches from lifting water buckets today improperly due to ill-tracking knees, mid-back hurts from sleeping on poor mattress last three nights, left shoulder feels like it's full of golf balls after months of doing my clavicle's job, left clavicle cracks and sometimes a nerve gets caught when I lift my arm, nerve damage burns around incision, left rotator cuff sore from overdoing it carrying jump poles around, triceps sore from the same, tennis elbow and tendonitis down both forearms has been flaring up, fingers stiff from too much Beethoven on the piano yesterday, asthma's back with a vengeance as of last bike ride, stiff neck, chapped lips, burnt my tongue on coffee this morning, voice hoarse from giving riding lessons this evening, eyes dry from arena dust, aaaand my left ear is itchy.
Otherwise... My biceps and eight of my toes feel great!

it was an injury to my wallet when it happened a 50 dollar cab ride from home, after already suffering one flat, and carrying an old dried up patch kit, and losing my riding partner.... and no cell phone...

So I was throwing a frisbee around and felt a pinch in my clavicle. There's a new sharp piece jutting out and it hurts like nothing else to press on.
...Yep. I think I refractured it a little. I'm wary the whole thing is apt to collapse at any second. Pray for me.
I swear, if I have to pull out the sling and the Percocets (for their correct use) one more time....
I want to ride bikes this summer! Geez, bone!
